Part of a Rose Parade float. The background was removed to give it a 3-D look. (and because of all the fog!!) All of the Wiley Coyete and his Acme rocket are made of natural fibers, flowers, seeds and such. It's really incredible work they do creating and presenting these floats for our New Years Day enjoyment.
